I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps away from the Melbourne convention center and South Cross Station. It was so convenient, especially since the hotel is located in the free tram zone. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with any queries or requests. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed and enough space for my suitcases. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for my stay and I appreciated the attention to detail. The prices were also reasonable, offering good value for money.

All in all, everything was fine and there's nothing significant that I believe could be improved upon.
